Horizontal Broke Pulpers (HB)

The Horizontal Broke Pulpers (HB) are designed for pulping both wet and dry broke from paper and cardboard machines. They consist of a tank with horizontally arranged pulping elements, a base, and a driving unit.

Design Features

• Customization: Designed and delivered according to the specified paper grade, paper web width, and PM performance.
• Efficient Pulping Process: The rounded shape of the tank enhances pulping efficiency. A deflector installed above the pulper rotor prevents stock splashing.
• Cleaning: The pulper stator can be cleaned with washing water directed into the functional elements.
• Output Configuration: The output branch of the pulped stock and the stock discharge branch of the chest are chosen based on operating conditions. Unnecessary branches can be closed with blind flanges.
• Easy Maintenance: The pulper tank features a manhole for easy access to functional elements.
• Additional Components: Can be equipped with a chute and a sliding shower pipe to direct the broke as required.
• Performance: Suitable for both dry broke under the reel and wet broke under presses.
