High Pressure Oscillation Shower VOT

High-Pressure Oscillating Showers (VOT) for Wires and Felts Cleaning

High-pressure oscillating showers VOT are designed for high-pressure cleaning of wires and felts in paper machines, utilizing clear water at pressures ranging from 1.0 to 5.0 MPa. This cleaning process significantly enhances the lifespan of the felt and wire, ensures optimal paper machine operation, improves paper quality, and reduces energy consumption.

Design Features

  • Materials: Made of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance.
  • Standard Modifications:
    • Shower pipe Ø 60.3 mm, mounting pitch up to 3,500 mm
    • Shower pipe Ø 76 mm, mounting pitch up to 5,500 mm
    • Shower pipe Ø 108 mm, mounting pitch up to 7,000 mm
  • Nozzles: Equipped with needle jet nozzles with diameters ranging from 0.84 to 1.75 mm. The maximum distance from the wire or felt should not exceed 100 mm, and the maximum pitch of nozzles with the oscillator stroke should not exceed 125 mm.
  • Cleaning Mechanism: Includes a cleaning brush for internal nozzle and shower pipe cleaning. The cleaning brush is operated manually using a wheel, and there is a blind flange on the control side for cleaning access.

Oscillation Control

  • Control Mechanism: Allows adjustment of the shower pipe stroke within the range of the oscillator stroke (max. 250 mm). The feed speed can be adjusted manually via the PM control board or automatically derived from the PM drive speed.
  • Control Panel: Manages multiple oscillating shower pipes, pump operation, filters in pump suction and delivery lines, and water supply to oscillating shower pipes. Includes a blocking system and links to other system groups for comprehensive control.
  • Electromechanical Oscillator: Uses a motion screw to convert rotary motion into linear motion, providing precise control and reversing motion at end positions.
  • Pneumatic Oscillation: Uses a pneumatic cylinder for lifting the rod up to 250 mm, controlled by a valve for efficient cleaning.

Main Parts

  1. Electromechanical Oscillator with Drive: Provides oscillation for effective cleaning.
  2. Oscillator Holder and Shower Pipe Guiding: Supports and guides the shower pipe.
  3. Pulleys: Facilitate the movement of the shower pipe.
  4. Shower Pipe with Nozzles: Delivers high-pressure water jets for cleaning.
  5. Shower Pipe Conduit Holder: Secures the shower pipe in place.
  6. Inlet Hose with Cube: Connects to the high-pressure water supply.

Material

  • Oscillator Outer Parts, Shower Pipe, and Nozzles: Made of stainless steel for longevity and resistance to corrosion.

Accessories

  • Oscillation Control: For precise adjustment and operation.
  • High-Pressure Pump: Ensures consistent water pressure.
  • Liquid Filter before Pump: Protects the pump from contaminants.
  • High-Pressure Filter: Ensures clean water supply.
  • Shutting and Control Fittings: Electromagnetic or pneumatic options.
  • High-Pressure Hoses: Durable hoses for water supply.
