Vibrating screen

Vibrating Screen VP Design

The Vibrating Screen VP Design is engineered for screening chemical pulp, ground wood, and waste paper, primarily used as the final sorting stage for rejects from screening processes. Its open design allows for visual inspection of the stock while being screened, eliminating potential clogging issues common in closed systems. The sorting screen features round bores of varying sizes tailored to specific technological sorting requirements.

Design Features

  • Installation Options: The vibrating screen can be anchored directly to a concrete floor or bolted to a steel frame.
  • Structure:
    • The screen consists of a tub standing on anchor plates with springs that absorb vibrations.
    • The screen with a vibrator is mounted on four springs attached to the tub.
    • The vibrator is driven by an electric motor using a V-belt.
    • A shower pipe is attached to the tub to wash the screen reject.
  • Operation:
    • The vibrator sets the screen in motion via a shaft with eccentrics.
    • Stock flows onto the screen, where the accept passes through into the tub, and rejects move upwards into a gutter.
    • Impurities are washed by the shower pipe on the screening part.
  • Customization: The impurities outlet, accept outlet, and screen inlet must be customized for each project based on the screen’s location.

Main Parts

  1. Tub (1): Stainless steel structure providing the base for the screen.
  2. Screen Tank (2): Holds the vibrating screen.
  3. Vibrator (3): Creates the vibrating motion.
  4. Belt Gear (4) with Cover (5): Transmits power from the electric motor to the vibrator.
  5. Shower Pipe (6): Washes the screen reject.
  6. Electric Motor (7): Powers the vibrator.

Material

  • Tub, Screening Part, and Shower Pipe: Made of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance.
  • Vibrator, Drive Stand, and Covers: Made of structural steel and painted with a polyurethane double-component waterproof coating.

Accessories

  • Inlet Reservoir with Gate Valve: Controls the flow of stock into the screen.
  • Frequency Converter: Allows adjustment of the vibrating frequency.

Compliance

  • The machine design and work safety comply with EU standards and EAC regulations.

Advantages

  • Versatile Screening: Suitable for various types of rejects.
  • Open Design: Allows for visual inspection of the screening process.
  • Ease of Maintenance: Simple maintenance and servicing.
