Open Head Box

The Open Head Box is designed for machine speeds of up to 350 meters per minute. It accommodates slice widths of up to 3,800 mm. The profile variation across the deckle is a maximum of ±3 GSM, ensuring uniformity in paper thickness and weight.

   • Cylindrical Tapered
   • Rectangular Tapered
   • Both designs are equipped with Polypick diffusers and stainless steel diffusers.

2. Components:

   • Manifold: The type of manifold provided depends on the required quality and production capacity.
   • Evener Rolls: Two properly designed evener rolls are included for an evening effect and better deflocculation.
   • Top and Bottom Lips: Both are machined and ground to ensure a smooth flow of stock, contributing to consistent paper quality.
